We are looking for a Front Desk Assistant with sales and/or customer service experience to join our team. Toronto Arts Academy provides an exciting and supportive working environment where your professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail will be valued and appreciated.
You will assist with events, process admin tasks, and sell our lessons to potential new students/parents of all ages. You will join a supportive team of full-time front desk members working alone and in pairs as you assist our students, families and teachers between two locations with their weekly lesson schedules.

This role comprises of Customer service, sales, and admin tasks.
SERVICE: You will be assisting current students both over the phone, and in person with their music lessons delivering exceptional and award-winning customer service! As we communicate with our students often by phone, we’re looking for that GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you that your voice should be on the radio, we’re looking for you!
SALES: Registering new students, and doing follow up phone calls, all using scripts. An ability to be confident, and sell yourself as well as our services are important. You should also have a warm, bubbly personality, and familiar with working with a variety of personalities.
ADMIN: Other tasks involve: database entry, cleaning, communicating with teachers, staff and clients and interacting with customers.

Toronto Arts Academy & Singer’s Edge are privately owned schools that were founded in 2000.
We are the fastest growing music teaching school in the GTA with over 600 happy students attending weekly classes. Our students are a blend of kids and adults.
We realize that many of our students may not necessarily become professional musicians, bu through learning music we can become strengthened, expressive, and dynamic members of society. We provide a fun but educational environment with a well organized administrative team and first rate equipment and facilities.
