Welcome new student! We are excited to welcome you to our Academy!

Please note that for new students, the in-person lesson agreement must be completed if you wish to attend some portion of your lessons in-person. If you have not done so already, we encourage to visit our COVID update page to learn more about how in-person lessons operate, and what we’re doing to keep students and families safe.

Following the in-person agreement, is our new student registration form; they are combined into one form below for your convenience. 

If you have any questions about either form, we encourage you to give us a call when you are about to complete the form so that we can walk you through it and answer any questions you may have.
