Music is a powerful form of expression—but the journey of learning, performing, and growing as a musician can come with emotional and mental challenges. At our academy, we believe that supporting your well-being is just as important as developing your skills.
Whether you’re dealing with performance anxiety, burnout, creative blocks, or stress from everyday life, you’re not alone. We’ve gathered a list of trusted mental health resources below to help students, performers, and educators care for their emotional health and resilience.
In 2019, a report was published that indicated that 73% of the 1500 independent musicians surveyed said they have experienced stress, anxiety or depression in relation to their music creation. In fact, more a third of those experienced panic attacks.
To support our students and staff, we have provided the following resources to help those who may need support for their mental health.
